Yang Lintao, Ph.D. to Join IDONANO as Partner to Strengthen High-End XRD Commercial and Market Capabilities

IDONANO Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. today announced that Yang Lintao, Ph.D., will officially join the company as a Partner and Head of Commercial and Market Operations, effective January 1, 2026.
His appointment represents an important step in IDONANO’s continued effort to build a systematic and long-term foundation in the field of high-end X-ray diffraction (XRD).

Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has a solid academic background in condensed matter physics. His academic training, combined with extensive industry experience, provides a strong foundation for his deep understanding of XRD technologies, application scenarios, and user needs.

Prior to joining IDONANO, Dr. Yang served for many years in the X-ray division of Bruker, where he worked closely with key markets and major customers. Through long-term engagement at the front line, he developed a systematic and in-depth understanding of XRD product positioning, application requirements, and customer decision-making processes, and established broad professional recognition among research and industrial users.

IDONANO stated that as its high-end XRD products complete engineering validation and move toward broader deployment, building a commercial and market system aligned with its technical capabilities has become a key priority. Under the invitation and guidance of the company’s Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Zhang Weixing, Dr. Yang confirmed that he will join IDONANO as a Partner starting January 1, 2026, bringing his extensive market experience and customer insights into the company’s product planning and market development efforts.

Commenting on his decision, Dr. Yang said that he was deeply impressed and encouraged by the multiple technical and market achievements IDONANO has accomplished in just two years, including progress in core product development, engineering capability building, and real-world user validation.
He added that high-end XRD instruments are at a critical stage of development in China, and he is pleased to contribute his experience as a partner to support the long-term advancement of domestic high-end diffraction instruments.

Following his joining, Dr. Yang will work closely with IDONANO’s technology, engineering, and application teams to advance the commercialization and long-term positioning of high-end XRD products. With a focus on system-level capability building, he will help drive IDONANO’s X-ray diffraction solutions toward sustained alignment with international advanced standards across product platforms and key applications.
