Dr. Bao Chaohui Joins IDONANO to Strengthen High-End XRD Scientific and Application Capabilities

IDONANO Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. today announced that Dr. Bao Chaohui has officially joined the company as Chief Scientist. His appointment will further strengthen IDONANO’s scientific foundation and application methodology system in the field of high-end X-ray diffraction (XRD), supporting the company’s continued expansion in advanced research and industrial applications.

Dr. Bao received his Ph.D. in Materials Physics from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG) in France. He subsequently spent many years at Malvern Panalytical headquarters in the Netherlands, where he served as an Application Scientist and later as an X-ray Diffraction (XRD) Product Manager. During this time, he accumulated extensive experience in XRD application methodology development, product platform planning, and user solution system design.

IDONANO noted that as its high-end XRD products complete engineering validation and enter broader scientific and industrial deployment, the establishment of a systematic and forward-looking scientific and application framework has become a key priority. Dr. Bao’s long-term experience in advanced XRD applications and product planning will provide strong support for IDONANO’s work in high-level XRD technology roadmap development, advanced application expansion, and methodology system construction.

With the support of the company’s founding team, Dr. Bao has joined IDONANO as a partner. In his new role, he will focus on advancing application methodologies and technical strategies for high-end XRD systems, working closely with the company’s engineering and product teams to bridge scientific research and engineering implementation.
