Project Overview

The N3 Phinix X-ray diffractometer system, independently developed by IDONANO Nanotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., has successfully completed its installation, precise debugging, and final acceptance at Central China Normal University. It has officially been installed on the campus research platform and put into routine research use, injecting new momentum into the university's interdisciplinary fields of physics and chemistry and new materials research.
As a high-performance domestically produced analytical instrument for university research, the N3 Phinix diffractometer system will primarily serve several key disciplines at Central China Normal University, including Materials Science, Condensed Matter Physics, Chemical Engineering, and Environmental Materials. It will be widely used for phase analysis, crystal structure determination, grain size and stress characterization of various samples such as nanomaterials, crystalline materials, inorganic minerals, and polymer composites, providing comprehensive support for the university's basic research and applied research projects.

Project Highlights

This diffractometer system continues the advantages of IDONANO self-developed core technologies, adopting an integrated, compact, and closed structure, an intelligent automated control system, and a highly sensitive detection module. It combines high detection accuracy, fast data acquisition speed, and extreme operational stability, perfectly adapting to the high-frequency and diverse scientific research testing scenarios in university laboratories. Compared to traditional equipment, the system is easy to operate, has low maintenance costs, and strong compatibility, fully meeting the multiple needs of teachers and students for daily scientific research testing, project tackling, and teaching training.
During the equipment's deployment and acceptance testing, the physics and chemistry research team from Central China Normal University highly praised the overall performance of the N3 Phinix system. The research team stated that the equipment boasts excellent peak resolution, high repeatability of test data, and stable and reliable operation throughout. It can accurately match the stringent testing standards of cutting-edge materials structure research, effectively compensate for the shortcomings of existing research equipment, and significantly improve the efficiency of research testing and the quality of experimental data in related disciplines.
